    PulseNET Contact Us Form Usage Agreement

    By using the PulseNET Contact Us – Send Us A Message web form (“Web Form”), the sender (“Sender”) agrees to the following terms:

    Permitted Use: The Web Form is strictly for public inquiries related to services that PulseNET provides or can provide. This is Proper Use (“Non-Abuse”) and is free to use.

    Prohibited Use & Fees: Any Commercial Solicitation, including advertisements or promotions, constitutes “Abuse” and will be invoiced for one (1) hour of PulseNET Support Time, payable within 30 days.

    Non-Payment Consequences: Late payments are subject to Late, Collection, and Legal Fees.

    Binding Agreement: Submission of a message through the Web Form signifies the Sender’s agreement to these terms, including invoicing for abuse.

    Acceptance of Terms: By using the PulseNET Web Message Form, the Sender explicitly agrees to abide by this Agreement and its terms.

    PulseNET reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
